This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north Alabama and portions of
southern middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE…Tonight…

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms will be possible this
afternoon and evening west of the I-65 corridor before dissipating.
Frequent lightning, heavy downpours, and wind gusts up to 60 mph
area possible with strongest storms.

Scattered to more numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to
push south into the area after midnight. Frequent lightning, heavy
downpours, and wind gusts up to 60 mph area possible with strongest
storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Wednesday through Monday…

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible each day as a series of
disturbances push across the region. A few storms could be strong,
with heavy rainfall and localized damaging wind gusts being the
primary threats.

Activation of storm spotters and emergency management personnel is
not anticipated at this time.
